Who can resist a juicy, ripe peach?? My belly has been full of delicious peaches for days after a stop by the local farmers market {by my father-in-law who is always bringing us treats}.
I've been peeling and snacking like crazy buy I still have lots of them left over and I wanted to use them before they get all squishy!
This is a first for me...today I'm gonna share a super easy, calorie free{wink}Peach Cobbler recipe.
Here's a few simple ingredients:
*peaches
*1 cup of milk
*1 cup of flour
*1 cup of sugar
*1/2 cup of butter
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place the butter in an 8x8 glass baking dish and melt in the oven.
Meanwhile, peel and pit your peaches. Tip: After you peel them, push your thumb in the top where the stem would be and split them with your hands. This makes getting the pit out a lot easier!
Mix the flour and sugar together and then add the milk and stir.
Slice the peaches and place them in the bottom of the buttered dish.
Pour flour, sugar, and milk mixture over the top of the peaches and bake for about 50 minutes!
Enjoy!
