Fireflies aka Lightnin' Bugs are one of my favorite parts of summer. They bring back such great memories from my childhood. Staying up past bedtime. Running around the yard with my sisters. Catching them in a mason jar and then setting them free.
Now that my sweet pea is old enough, I thought I would carry on the summertime tradition with her.
If you decide to keep them overnight like we did, be sure to place a damp paper towel in your jar so that they won't dry out. Also, be sure that your container is breathable and release them in the morning!
Now for the tastiest s'more you'll ever put in your belly! All you do is replace the chocolate{hold on. don't get all like, "what is she talkin' about?"} with Nutella! Boom. Pure deliciousness.
Ahhhh. Sweet, sweet summertime!
